When it comes to servicing your auto needs, Scott Bonnell believes “you deserve the very best,” to quote his television commercials. “When I'm hiring new employees, I want them to think like I do,” he says. “The customers come first. Our business is all about taking care of them.”

Bonnell's Collision, with locations in Millcreek and Fairview, provide service to all makes and models of cars. “We send all of our technicians out for training on a regular basis, especially with the new electronics in cars these days,” Bonnell says. “It's really important that our service department does the work right.”

He began his career in high school, working at a used car lot. The body man at the lot suddenly quit one day, and Bonnell was pressed into service. “My boss gave me an opportunity to finish off some jobs that the body man had been doing,” he says. “I learned as I went.”

After working as a painter at another dealership, he bought out his friend's collision business and got started. “Growing up, I was a body man. I worked on and painted cars. I didn't know how to run a business,” Bonnell says. “Through hiring the right people, I learned what to do. I would not be where I am if it wasn't for them.”

Bonnell has built the business to include auto glass repair, auto sales and custom hot rod jobs. “I think we're able to service our customers better than most places because of the services that we can provide with the four businesses,” he says. “Whether they're getting a vehicle or getting one repaired, taking care of the details really matters.”

“Our customers have kept us in business for 28 years,” Bonnell adds. “They've always been great and so supportive. We want them to have the very best experience.”When it comes to servicing your auto needs, Scott Bonnell believes “you deserve the very best,” to quote his television commercials. “When I'm hiring new employees, I want them to think like I do,” he says. “The customers come first.
