Penn State Behrend's Plastics Engineering Technology program, one of only four accredited programs in the entire United States, is a tribute to the significant effort and support from these same people to help continue the growth of the plastics industry and to provide us with the qualified people required to sustain it. “In addition to working with the staff and students at Penn State Behrend we also offer an internal apprenticeship program for toolmakers. As we grow, we are keeping more jobs in the Erie area.” says Novel.
