Lakeside Auto's service department is a key factor setting them apart from their competition. Expert technicians provide a variety of services; from basic oil changes, to state inspections and engine or transmission overhauls. “We are proud to say that we are the only business in a 300 miles radius known as a Certified Master Dealer through the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and that we are A+ rated in customer service by the Better Business Bureau,” states Gabler.

“We are competitive in what we do,” Gabler adds. “We want to be the best. That facet of our philosophy is what allows our customer service to surpass all competition. Here at Lakeside Auto, we also have the ability to approve anyone for credit. We have dedicated lenders to help people with any type of credit issue.”

“We have more than thirty dedicated employees on the sales, service, clerical and maintenance ends of the business between our two locations in Erie and Girard. Looking towards the future with respect to growth, it would be a goal for us to expand to two or three more locations, potentially doubling the amount of staff we currently employ. We value our employees, and believe in the importance of providing respectable jobs within our community.”

“I believe in treating people the way that I want to be treated, and so does my staff,” says Gabler. “Making a sale isn't always about the facts and figures here. That sets us apart from many other dealers. You are more than just a number when you come to us; you are part of the Lakeside Auto family. People sometimes ask: “how do you keep getting people to buy a third, fourth or fifth generation car from you?' It's simple! It's all about making a fair deal. Without our customers, we wouldn't be in business. We believe it's our obligation to treat them right.”

“Life is too short; and you get what you give,” states Gabler. “We strive to be a part of the community and make a difference for families. There's a personal touch that attracts people to us, and vice versa. If we can help families get a dependable vehicle that fits their budget, we have done our job. It's a sense of karma in a way. It just goes to show that sometimes it's not about the money, but the difference you can make — in even the simplest way — that matters.”Lakeside Auto's service department is a key factor setting them apart from their competition.
