Opening in 2002, Little Wonders Child Care Center offers full time and part time childcare and infant childcare — including 1st and 2nd shift day care services. The 32 member staff is experienced, qualified and CPR/First Aid certified.

Each classroom has a lead teacher that is consistent from day to day, so parents know who their child is with everyday. “We think it important to have consistent teachers with the same groups of children so that they feel secure and comfortable while at Little Wonders,” says Amy Nordstrom, owner of Little Wonders Child Care. Each age group has uniquely tailored daily lesson plans including circle time, art/science activities, music and story time, learning activities, and a weekly theme or a skill-set to focus on.

“We stand apart from others when it comes to childcare,” Nordstrom says. “We are a privately owned business that has many more capabilities than your run of the mill day care. We specialize in drop-off care in the event of emergencies and much more.”
