Like the highly adaptable chameleon represented in the logo of Creative Imprint Systems, owners Ron and Jeff Santos are continuously changing and acclimating their business to meet the needs of their local, national and international clientele. “We are constantly updating our screen printing and embroidery capabilities to the latest-and-greatest,” says Ron Santos. This adaptability allows them to provide a high-quality product at a reasonable price.

Established in 1974 by Rick and Bonnie Santos, this second generation family trade — now led by Ron and Jeff Santos - is quickly approaching forty years in business. They create customized screen-printing and embroidery on a wide variety of apparel and accessories. Producing nearly 10,000 products a week for any of their 3,000 customers has kept Ron and Jeff on their feet since they took over the business in 2008.

“Growth has been a common denominator for us,” says Ron Santos. “Our client base includes small and large companies — from local booster clubs to Fortune 500 companies. In 2004, we had the opportunity to expand our production department to over 23,000 square feet,” continues Ron. “This growth has enabled us to bring on more help. Over the years, our staff has grown from 9 to 31 full-time employees, many of which we have retained for years.”

Creative Imprint Systems has some major league clients as well. “When the Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Sabres, Cleveland Indians and a variety of other professional sports teams need a job done right, they turn to us, here at Creative Imprint,” says Jeff Santos. Creative Imprint Systems is also a promotional products distributor with access to over a million different products. Additionally, the Santos brothers have produced a line for Saks Fifth Avenue. “It's an awesome feeling to see such internationally known names wearing something that came from Erie's own backyard,” says Jeff.Like the highly adaptable chameleon represented in the logo of Creative Imprint Systems, owners Ron and Jeff Santos are continuously changing and acclimating their business to meet the needs of their local, national and international clientele. “We are constantly updating our screen printing and embroidery capabilities to the latest-and-greatest,” says Ron Santos.
