Work is more rewarding for Chuck Kuntz, the owner of The Computer Pros of Northwest Pennsylvania, when he sees happy customers. “When I see the relief on a business owner's face, it makes you feel good,” he says. “One of the services we offer is systems training for customers. When you see someone learn something new and they fully understand a concept, that's very rewarding.”

Kuntz has worked in the computer service and consulting business since 1989. “My experience is something you don't find out there these days,” he says. “My job is personally fulfilling because I love what I do.”

Kuntz brings an old-school approach to computer and system sales, service and maintenance. “When a business needs me to fix their immediate and future needs, I bring the basics to the table,” he says. “Even as we advance in technology, with bigger, better, faster and newer systems, the fundamentals still apply to making sure your computer runs smoothly.”

The Computer Pros can also help you select the right computer for your needs, install hardware and software, provide prevention measures and maintenance for your IT system, remove spyware and viruses, create custom programs for your needs and backup/restore your system. They also repair hardware, such as desktop computers, laptops and printers. “We serve customers large and small,” Kuntz says. “From the family computer, to the small business or the large company with over 200 users, we can service you.”

Computers should be the last thing on any business owner's mind. “They need to worry about their actual business,” Kuntz says. “I want to develop relationships with my clients so they can concentrate on what they need to do instead of getting sidetracked by poor computers. I can do that because of my experience in working with many different industries, which also sets me apart from others.”
